Title: SuperNET: Komodo Elections and Notary Node operators
Post by: ptytrader on January 03, 2017, 05:50:33 AM
We all know Komodo Elections are coming up soon. There have been many updates in the past weeks and Komodo is very close to launch. Meanwhile, we must think of who will be elected for your region. This poll is just a small test to determine what is more valuable to voters. If you would like to add quality, let me know.

Hello

I prefer people working at tesnet these operators need update their nodes each update.

I'm a technician 14 years ago

I am in the world of cryptocurrencies since 2012 with my first FPGAs and GPUs. After I invested in Swedish ASIC. Until I get tired a little of the arms race.

If we want world adoption we need worldwide network. Diversity in the locations , will offer better service around the world.

In the region that Im elected I will actively participate to resolve doubts or help in whatever is needed.  Not 24/7 Im not komodo team member

I will advertise (signature profile etc..) the project by crypto forums of that region. Translated by natives of those countries.I will not spend money. Spend my time is value too

If I am elected in 2 or more regions. As soon as DEX is operative I will send messages  everyday 4-5 times at trollbox of 40 exchanges with more volume. https://www.cryptocoincharts.info/markets/info (https://www.cryptocoincharts.info/markets/info)

In addition if I am elected in the 4 regions I will mount an LP Node in Asia, without charge to the platform. To give liquidity to DEX.  This region has more than half of the world's population with internet access and at most will have 13 notary nodes.

I am very interested in the project and move on.

I deploy 4  high performance Nodes .I have participated in all ratify, my nodes are part of the first 35 notaries.
Mined near to 50000 KMDS . +1500 notarization.
AE Node Russia Briansk (notarization)

EU Node Spain Barcelona (notarization)

NA Node USA Kansas City (notarization)

SH Node South Africa Johannesburg (notarization)

These nodes are  online 24/7. Joined to testnet first days. Updated 2 times a day.

I dont use obsolete & cheap hardware. My oldest hardware since 2014.

Nodes are datacenter tier 3 less than 2 hours degraded service annual & tier 4  less than 1 hours degraded service annual

2 of these nodes have a 1Gbit WAN bandwidth unmetered they Are  SeedNotary . These will hardly be saturated by downloads or conections.

My nodes aren't located in the same cities as the majority at cheapest providers .

If we want an equal service for anyone in the world. (Latency, download, etc ...). We need a balanced network. A network with high percentage of its nodes in the same cities, isn't balanced.

Hello KMD holders!

Voting for MoveCrypto nodes is good for Komodo.  I am very active in the crypto community and I monitor my nodes + slack every day.  I will continue to spread the good word of Komodo to investors and developers, both online and offline.

I pledge not to sell any mined KMD for at least 1 year (and probably much longer) if elected.

On 12 October 2016, MoveCrypto_EU was the first node other than jl777 to participate in a BTC notarization:

Server for MoveCrypto_SH node is provided by PondSea.  More information about the 4 Movecrypto nodes is here:

Komodo to the dark side of the moon!

Thank You

 ;D

Thats perfect example of what happens when politics and campaigning are moved outside of mainstream topic. People never feel intrested in reading it or participating in vote unless they get direct profit from it. Noone love to think more than one step ahead. But I can imagine this topic filled with 200 pages of arguing on next year elections.

I'm happy to also announce our team Komodo Ninja - kolo & rnr. Voting for us you gest best nodes backed up by professionals intrested in working on komodo development and growing.
