Name changes are done by Theymos and only for good reasons. Feel free to send Theymos a PM but don't expect anything as your chances of getting a name change are almost nihil.

donate 50 btc or just change your current email, create a brand new account, use the email you want to it and done. you are just a newbie, you won't lose much by leaving your current account and creating another instead of paying 50btc

Your account is just a newbie, why not just create a new account and dump this one.
This account you are using have no trust or feedback yet so it doesn't matter if you create a new account based what you want it to be.

Change the email to a random one (this site doesn't require email confirmation) and create a new one using the email that you want.

Change the email on this account that you are using to ANY email that you have.
Then create a NEW account and use the email that you want to appear. Its that simple.

Then choose the first option that i gave you, change your email to random then forget that account of yours, create new account and use what ever email you want. As the other person above said, registration doesnt require email verification so there won't be any problem following our suggestion

You can try sending thymos a message about name change but I doubt he will respond to you. He only apprves name change for peoplw who are either donator or if he knows you (maybe). No support or staff can help you. Just create a new account if you want a specific name and forget about this account of yours.

That's not 100% true. Donators can change their display names themselves, so they do not need the staff to help them. Theymos changes your name if you provide a good reason (not because he knows you). I already stated this, so I hope I do not need to repeat myself again.

hdtqisg, contact Theymos if you want to have your name changed and have a really good reason to do so. If not, please create a new account and just drop this one.

Donators can't change their display name. Only VIPs can.

Both Donators and VIP's can change their display name, however, VIP's also have the ability to create a custom title. Nowhere on the donate page does it say that only VIP's can change their display names and I was unable to find a post by theymos that says otherwise.

That's because they were granted a display name change. When you PM someone who has had their name changed in one way or another, their username will be displayed. If you attempt to PM me, you will get 'LaudaM'.
