Hi all,

I would really like to learn out to make an Altcoin from scratch and a clone nor one bought off a website. Where would the best place to go to read up on Alt coin creations?

Anyone that would make yet another one of these topics is not capable of doing it.

You have to find a video on how to make altcoin videos on youtube and read articles about altcoin bitcoin. available at google

Far more than that..

FIRST thing you must do is secure it then maintain it's security for eternity.
Which if it is a public project that could be a rather large challenge for an inept kidiot by himself.
After all the security is the value of every coin owned on the block chain.
That is far more important than any features etc.

I STILL many years later find it amusing i am literally the only one smart enough to keep bringing up this glaring obvious point when it comes to noobs making coins.

It is essentially like leaving a retarded toddler guarding the bank vault of all your investment money.
AND being too fucking stupid to see you were not smart enough to even check the security.

Then and only then do you look at learning c / c++.
And since an idiot is asking.. he clearly has 0 skills in coding.
And clearly is going to get butt fucking raped by hackers eventually.

Why do i have to be the only smart one here ? (aside from a few rare guys like Bruno etc)
I'd be happy if at least one other person showed up at Bitcointalk that is not a raging imbecile.
It's lonely being the only genius here among a hair short of 1 MILLION forum accounts of stupidity. :'(

I just found when i was searching using our search button above.. don't forget that search button above is always there and free so better to use that button first before you make a thread here ..

This why I calling it a plague.

Even worse (for the same reasons) is when they get someone to make it for them.
Such as when the Cryptsy staff (and friends) took turns having coins made for them by Shakezulu.

What ended up happening is i saw "investors" eventually on the Troll-Box asking so uhhh Mullick / Horus etc.. so when is that guy going to come and fix your coin for you (when it was forked) ?
They actually said.. i don't know he isn't replying back and we have to pay him for each update or fix he makes.

The level of stupidity deeply entrenched in greed is simply stupendous and monolithic in the crypto scene !

Not because a lot of newbies are creating new coins and opening new thread  about new coin,you will do the same rank your level first and do a lot of research first if you look at the announcement thread people are feed up with newbie coin with no innovation.

You can google it and compare all the results,you will get insult here,because we already knew that you want to create a coin and an ico to collect funds and the community are feedback,you are the for all I know the 10th newbie who open a thread asking how to create a coin.

Just like what others are saying, you can do some research with the worlds known search engine, 'google' not goggles :)

Or if you are really interested, you can just simply hire an alt coin developer at your own expense.

yes i think so many beginners make coins went away and just leave rubbish.

Create a coin ? I think you should read up on how to create a network out of nothing first before even trying to attempt making one :D

yes it looks like it was very nice to be understood. but why pay developers for doing so.

I think that it is bad to share about how to create an altcoin, there are so much aleready, the best way to create a legit project (if it is what you want) is first to write down the full content of your project, to see what parts of it you can share, and then you can create a thread explaining you project and inviting people to join you in the development, it doesn't matter if you don't have development skills, just choose carefully your partners and you could work together and develop the project.
You can easily find devs if your project is leget, however, with a post like " How to create an altcoin ?" you won't get any help at all, and you will end-up creating annother shitcoin, even if your project is legit, no one will follow because you will be unable to fix the possible problems who can be generated by a bad copy of a coin.

Create a new coin is a good idea. But to update it and make it be developed.  I think it's hard to break through

I suggest, before thinking about creating a new Alt-coin you should go through the pros and cons of  previously generated Alt-coin. 

Sorry to say, but If you have to ask it is better not to make an alt.

I think you need to perform the upgrade and promote coin to everyone
