On another thread they said that they and Clark Moody are on the same server, they're both down, but the server management console is accessible.

It's not btccharts, apparently.

EDIT:  Pardon me - use the same hosting...

What are you talking about? There's no closing of server right now. For some reasons service is inaccessible sometimes, maybe it's DDOS.
And when it's alive it works like crap so I'm trying to fix this.

When new server will be ready you will get access IP and in 24h you can see things by domain (when it propagate fully). Smooth transition man!

Yes, both moody and me, are on the same hosting (this is the one of reasons I'm moving out, if someone target's moody, it affects me also).

Here's new server:

http://96.47.239.25/ (http://96.47.239.25/)
This server works on duplicated database so if you want to make a payment this subscription will not work on old server.

Old site still should work but I don't know why currently is dead :(

Big fuckup from bitvps so far (it's 5 days of dead server already)!

You should go into #bitvps in freenode IRC and ask one of the ops there to help. IRC is how to get things done with bitvps support at this time.

From what I have heard its 100% your fault. I heard That you are running on a discontinued server and decided to stay anyways.

Oh here comes the drama...
Here are the facts:
 - I've tried to move server to NYC but there was big problems with loading data from gox api (tried a couple solutions, no luck) so I've stayed on old server
 - no one said that they will just shut down my server with no warning and then don't resolve my tickets for a week (so far support was good so I've waited that long)
 - I still don't have an access to my server (there's all the historical orderbook data that I need, users database is safe because of backup on external server)
 - yesterday I've got access to clean NYC server today I will try to start something there

I am far from a hater, I personally Love your site but when you try to push the blame to someoone else when they clearly warned you it cant be there fault. Obvisually warning you that you needed to move didnt matter to you as you didnt listen. I am not aruging that there were no problems as personally i dont know that.

Eager to see that service back up.

Personally I'd never wait more than ~4 hours for a ticket reply if there was ~500 other people trying to access my service.

Did they say something on #bitvps ?

I've experienced problems accessing the Mtgox api from what could be the same datacenter. My experience was that wget could grab api requests while php could not so I just thought it was my vm's config. I hope you're able to get this sorted out soon so you keep most of your customers. There's nothing else that really compares to your service.

I think he's trying to get some more users.

No offense but all the recent down time I am sure isnt helping you get more customers. I personally paid once to use your site but right now I would not. id rather use bitcoinity. Yes it might not be as customizeable as your site but I have never had the site go down for days straight.

bzzard, what is going on with your site, man? I love it and think it's the best around as far as 'always open for a quick glance at action', but I constantly have to re-login and my courser always has a balloon with the last few minutes of BFX trades follow it around no matter what exchange I'm mousing over. This makes it where the bid/ask depth doesn't pop up it's balloon. The only work around is to open the settings box and leave it open which then makes it hard to check the charts toward the middle of the screen.

I hope you still check this forum. Your btccharts forum isn't heavily watched it seems (plus, I can't remember my login creds there :P ) Just wondering how things are going and if not too busy adding other awesome features, if you could address these issues? I and others' likely, would be greatly appreciative!

If you are on windows - use desktop version. No problems with re-login.

Right now there's not enough people that are interested in trading (chart buddy posts mostly in observer huh... )
So I'm just fixing and waiting for some better times.
