Because when we did our last deal it was by paypal and since then you have received red trust.
That does not go over well with me and I would suspect that it would not go over with very many here as well to be dealing with anybody with this mark on their account.
40% is the rate that I do charge for anybody that I deem to be a threat to my own reputation in doing any further deals with.
You can either pay this premium and deal with me if you are in a hurry to pay someone or you can look elsewhere and take your chances with an unknown to you.
The decision is completely up to you how you follow thru.

Not sure what you're so surprised about.  Are you surprised that you got negative trust for defaulting on a loan or the fact that paypal payments are reversible?

Well I am not using paypal, so my account it seems it was not verified. As that I can't trade on localbitcoins.

So the only way  I can get is exchanges this. I found out now that paypal is reversible, and I don't get the point why I got a red trust..

i can help you with 0.017 for $16.5 at this time (diffrent time diffrent rate, maybe high maybe low). But the rules is

1. verified paypal
2. you send $16.5 paypal to my address first. required
3. i send you btc
4. i want feedback

Red trust because offering PayPal is one of the tools scammers constantly use.  And you already defaulted on that loan, so you got more red.  That's how it works on this forum.  And not only that, but you're fairly new here.  That always works against people trying to buy bitcoin with PayPal--and for damn good reason too.  I'd say 90% of them are trying to chargeback after receiving the bitcoin.

Beware of pushy sales men...
