Title: Please share your Experience with rbitco.in
Post by: legendster on April 11, 2013, 11:50:21 PM
Great site if you ask me, but WAY too slow in response !

The signup was a pain in the ass.

However they offer you FREE bitcoins everytime you sign in.

However this amount is not shown in the actual balance .. i dont know why? :(

The site says that they are 'working' with the banks to enable direct withdrawals. I wanna know how many of you have actually traded/deposited your coins in this bank.

If this site is legit or not.

I do not believe that it is fully live as yet legendster.

It does have some awesome possibilities.

I do believe there has been work on a store, etc on rbitco.in

I am registered. Just looked at it again and it is looking quite robust.

What happens if I make a deposit?

DONT ! Just Look at the reviews section My fuckkin goodness !!! Coins just dissapear off the wallet ! I for one would NEVER deposit my coins in a wallet that charges 0.5 BTC for withdrawal to a BTC wallet -_-

I almost deposited was able to cancel it because there was a wait period from Virwox.

Hope Nilam Doctor can elaborate a bit on this.

Not worth experimenting when we know the owner of the site.

Well the site is working fine for me at least .. i made a withdrawal of 10 BTC to my other wallet     without any problems and no 0.5 BTC charges were made.

0.5 is not a charge it is the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Users under the review section of the site have claimed that their coins have magically 'disappeared' :/

Growing cause of concern about the reviews of this website at https://rbitco.in/users/reviews from its users.

One of the mods here is actually supporting and suggesting people to buy from the shop.

Please explain.

Nilam Doctor is a well known member of the India Bitcoin community.

He has always resolved issues that have been presented to him. I have not heard from him in a while though, so I am not sure of the current status of his website.

The person who runs it is 100% trustworthy. The website may have some flaws though.

As with everything in Bitcoin land, proceed at your own caution.

Flaws like coins disappearing from the accounts on numerous occasions AND the minimum BTC transfer cap

Quote
You can transfer a minimum of 0.5 BTC to any address your wallet balance is 0.00100000. Please add funds to your wallet before you make a transfer.

And I dont get it, why people make it a priority to get the 'Deposit Payment' button to work nicely, rather than the 'Withdrawing Payment" button.

Ask me personally - Judging by the user feedback in their OWN website, I do not think that they do, if you are looking to earn interest best place is Coinlenders.

I opened rbitco.in and after opening I could not relogin as server is not reachable. My experience is that it is really BAD.

From what I have gathered, that is site is run by an Indian guy who is a really 'nice' old guy, but he is 'too' busy to provide support or account for the missing coins on user accounts, the few users who are smart enough to reach out to the community DID get their funds back eventually..
