I would like to learn more about VCC's for adwords / bing ads. Most VCC's come with this info: Card code, CVV code, Expiry, what about name, last name, address, isn't this info passed to google / bing upon payment? Are there any services that allow me to top up VCC? Do accounts get flagged for using VCC's? Is it safe? Would appreciate any info on this topic, I've found a few thread regarding this on bitcointalk, however, they seem to be scams. |
