you are aware that you have to create a new wallet right? because you can not import private keys in a wallet that has seed, you have to make a new one and import your private keys that way.
http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html#can-i-import-private-keys-from-other-bitcoin-clients

you can also sweep they keys (spend the balance by sending from that private key to one of your addresses in your electrum wallet) got to wallet > Private keys > sweep
