Try clearing your cache (An easy way is to press f12 to open the developer console, then click and hold on the refresh icon and drag down to "Empty cache and reload".)

If this doesn't work, try using a different browser.

If it still doesn't work, try using their tor mirror.

48 hours passed and problem still not solved.

Problem Solved.

solution : wait 4 days.

i tried to export my wallets to new blockchain account using Private keys, it works fine for some wallets, but after some imports, my new account got same problem.

the negative balance wallet is imported to new blockchain account and both accounts be in same problem,
i checked which wallet i imported last ones, and i was able to check wallet address which has -0.007 btc balance (negative).
i checked wallet on blockchain/address/... and i see there was 'Double Spent' payment was not confirmed.

i sent 0.01 btc to that wallet so its balance becomes +0.003 and both blockchain accounts worked at once.

i keep working on old account, while import export wallets put wallets on both accounts at once, so i just protected new created account and forget it.

for someone who get same problem, i guess waiting more time till that double spent payment get rejected, will solve the problem and no need to do all the thing i did to guess which wallet has the negative balance because it should be fixed by itself by the time.

I'm glad because my bitcoins returned to me, and all bitcoins i was getting during these days was also gathered.

That's good to hear dude, waiting for several days is worth of waiting.

If I were you, find a better wallet service than this, try to use desktop for more sefety of your coins.

And I guess because this problem is solved already, maybe you can lock the thread already
