If yes then if you will start the service to provide paper gift card then it will have a good market and people will like to purchase the cards from you.

Like what if the gift cards were all fake and the customer would be filing scam accusation when they do get the fake cards. And what if the customer are the scammers? They say the codes don't work but they did already use it.
