All you have to do is start one and make a site. There is no central register where you have to be on, so there is no place to look up. All you can do is google it. I'm sure there are sites where you can see the most popular ones, but the business also changes daily.

I have my list and i always suspicious dice site. I suggest that you explain first what are you going to do for the list of gambling site because i think normal user only needs few and didn't want all. Just gave me your reason for this because it is impossible to try it all. ;D
