Edit: It looks like Coinman found the only guy that will help you complete this trade and he might be available in an hour or so. And any escrows who deal with paypal is going to hold the funds for the 180 days? Or the seller of btc does not care if there is a dispute filed they would be long gone by then. Dealing in this way does not make a whole lot of sense.
