You can do this by using virtual credit cards. Try out coinizy. I used their virtual card to register multiple aws free tier accounts with no problems. Just deposit two dollars in the account. AWS will check if it has balance, so you need that $2 on the account. However, each virtual card would cost you $0.5 so prepare that too. Do you have any good suggestion for reliable VCC. I opened my second aws last week with my CC after i was able to create an account they already deduct 1$ from my card, then after i was able to create 1 instance of free tier vps i removed my CC info from the aws credit manager. then After a week they force stop my 2nd aws.
