If you copied everything from elsewhere, without putting any thoughts into your posts, do not expect to be unbanned. It's obvious that you are completely posting just for the signature if you consider the frequency of the post as well.

Forum has zero tolerance policy towards copy-pasting.In my course of time on bitcointalk,I have never notcied anybody getting second chances for copy-pasting.Maybe you should be careful with your other accounts. :)

Since when is this a bannable offense? You are also promoting something in your signature, are you ready to take full responsibility for their actions? I'm sure you'd appeal if the business from your signature scammed someone and you were banned as a result.

That message is shown because you are allowed to appeal your ban. However this does not mean that your ban appeal will be granted and the ban lifted. This does not mean that you will get any response for your ban appeal.

Your ban message has no time limit on it; that means that you have been permanently banned. If you copy and paste content without properly citing the source from which you are getting it from, you will be permanently banned. A permanent ban means that you, as a person not your account, are completely banned from the forum. You are not allowed to create a new account and start over again. If you do so, that is considered ban evasion and your new account will be banned as well.

I don't recall stating that the user is banned for advertising a shady gambling site.

If it comes to knowledge that the site I'm advertizing is ripping people off or has involved in some shady shit,I'd be the first person to take off the signature.
