You can't spell "dollars" in your title and you are asking for such a small amount that's not much more than the fee for the transaction to send it.
In summary it's a very bad scam attempt and you will get no one to trade with you because you are asking for bitcoin and giving a reversible payment method. Take a look at most threads on here and you will see that people with new accounts and changed passwords have bought the accounts and are scammers.
