I put the fee of 110 satoshi per byte and still the transaction has 0 confirmations after 1 hour. What is happening? Unless it is badly propagated [1], it should be included in the next block. You can see the estimated number of TXs in each fee range here: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/. What wallet did you use?
[1] - For example, ViaBTC throws the "Transaction not exist" error if you try to use their accelerator.
