Title: BitSler Scammed Me. BE CAREFUL
Post by: michael8970 on January 11, 2017, 12:34:53 AM
So I have been using Bitsler for quite a bit.
I have made about 0.5 BTC from 0.05. I have made ton of profit.
However, when I was trying to withdraw 0.350 BTC, the site logged me out.
I tried to login but the password was changed.
I contacted the admins and they re opened the account and all my BTCs were GONE just GONE!!
They kept giving me a stupid excuses like "Hacked, Scripts, Bots" MANY MANY possibilities of getting the credit removed.
However I have never used any of them and yet they keep arguing me.
I really don't know what to say..... Losing all that money just makes me angry.
If you guys are trying to gamble on Bitsler, I recommend you not. There are better sites you can go to.
Their support is fast but useless. They really don't know how to work with people who needs help.

This is not going to help you or any one if you have any solid proof then go to Scam Accusation section and post with all details which you have because without proof its just spam here in this forum

While you were logged in and requested a withdrawal, they logged you out? This was an enforced log out so to say?

Can a hacker log you out while you are logged in? How about regulary make a screenshot of your account balance, if you have a larger amount there?

(…) How about regulary make a screenshot of your account balance, if you have a larger amount there?

Unfortunately screenshots are so easily forged that they cannot be relied upon as evidence.

Weird, maybe hackers did this to you, the site is legit, they don't do this for small winning like yours.

Whatelse proof could he deliver? Screenshots are a valid proof in legal action cases against "licensed" gaming operators, as they have anyway to store all transactions.

If you are logged in using crome and you login your account again using firefox, you will force logout in chrome, @OP you should check your transaction, If you have unknown withdrawal then you got hacked, But if you don't have unknown withdrawal then report it again to Bitsler. Screenshot your transactions and send it to them. If you got hacked they won't be able to return the money stolen from you better to used strong password next time. I've been using Bitsler for months and i have no problem using that site. I have deposited and withdrawed Bitcoin without problem using their site.

It may be possible that there is no convincing evidence that he could provide, but that doesn't make screenshots any less useless. It is trivial for michael8970 to create a screenshot that supports his claim. Screenshots successfully being used in legal cases or not has no bearing on that.

Note that I'm not accusing him of doing that, nor am I taking a side. I'm merely pointing out that screenshots cannot possibly serve as evidence.

I don't understand what you mean by the last part of your comment ("as they have anyway to store all transactions").

I doubt a scam is what happened here. The logout was indeed only because another device/browser etc. logged in. The most logical reason for this would seem to be you being hacked. Bitsler is to my experience legit and would not steal your balance.

Don't you think if a site would scam it would be for a larger sum, too?

In a legal proceeding against a "licensed" gaming operator, a faked screenshot would not help you much, because the operator usually has all balances and transactions stored.

But here in the forum you are right, the screenshot could be faked and we can not prove the truth. So it is more like a religion, we believe it or not.

What I personally do not understand is how someone can hack your account while you are logged in and then log you out? I at least never heard about something like this.

open scam accusation agaisnt bitsler and provide all your solid proofs if there are any but i doubt about your case. its only either you are using third party bots or scripts (which most users got fooled they will win 100%). check your logs too, see if there are unknown withdrawals. check your device too if there are malwares and the hackers got accessed on your account.

Not because I'm wearing their signature I will defend them. but I never have any problem or what so ever about Bitsler. I suggest that you send Baryom a PM and discuss what happened and maybe he can help you out and don't forget to give him your correct user name in Bitsler. Here is a link to his profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=684606

If your account was indeed compromised, they should be able to provide you with an IP that logged in as well as an address your funds were withdrawn to.

Is this information visible in your account or have you requested it from support if not?
