Title: CrowdBitLottery.com
Post by: ImpOfThePerverse on January 11, 2017, 09:35:16 PM
All you have to do is send the money that equals to a share from the TX-ID that you get from the bitcoin network and
then you automatically enter the lottery.
When the timer ends , our site’s algorithm will generate three random numbers. If these numbers matches with the last
two number of your TX-ID then you are the winner.
The money will be send to the same address where you made the deposit.
In the unluckily case of two winners the prize will be divided by two or else in the unluckily case of no winners there
will be a jackpot lottery.

price of a share 0.0015 BTC

Notice : Do not send your money from any online wallet , we only accept Blockchain wallet.
What are you saying  ::) why you can't accept bitcoin from other wallets, this shows how much knowledge you have on how bitcoin actually works  ;D

When the timer ends , our site’s algorithm will generate three random numbers. If these numbers matches with the last
two number of your TX-ID then you are the winner.
Which algorithm you will be using? And how we can be sure that you will not select your own bitcoin address as lottery winner  ???

I think it is because they would be sending back the prize to the same wallet. So if someone wins and that person used an online wallet and sends bitcoins using that online wallet for sure the address would be an address he has no control off. Unlike if he is using, for example, electrum wallet to send the btc. When he wins, the site send the money back to his addy he used to send.

I know players can't use coinbase, xapo, exchange wallet..
but can use blockchain-info

Yes, this is correct. Because blockchain-info is different from other online wallets. This wallet allows their users to have a wallet they can control every address but the problem with it is that blockchain-info still has control over all your private keys. Well that is another matter. Point is you can use blockchain-info address in this kind of gambling site.

Why can't someone send bitcoin from one wallets' is this not undermined the real reason for the creation of bitcoin and other crypto currencies. Bitcoin  underlined reason is for one to be able to transfer funds and other crypto currencies without hindrances and limitations. I think op undermined the used of bitcoin and he should try to Google the underlined reason for the creation of bitcoin.

In fact there are some other non-online wallets such as multibit, but why this site only accepts payment from blockchain? Not all people who want to play is using blockchain as their main wallet, perhaps they need to add an option for players to put receive payment address. So people can play with any wallets, like what directbet does on their sports betting.

First of all we don not a accept money only from online wallets we accept money from every wallet such as electrum multibit etc. generally any wallet that the address that we receive the money is the same because if he is the winner we send the money directly to this address for example if you send the money from coinbase and you are the winner you will never get the money because the address that you send the money do not belong to you

Second the winner picked up by a third party association (randompicker.com for now)

There is a mistake on the homepage "Step 1: The least amount we accept is 0.00015 BTC" ; AFAIK 1 share is 0.0015 BTC.

My opinion: You're late to the party, this has been attempted several times and it(bitcoin lottery , at regular intervals) has not shown a good enough result to make a site based on it. It can however be sustained if used as a "supporting game" at a casino, like what C-G.net has done

But if 100 people send you 0.0015 than you will earn 0.15BTC which may be enough for you to run away.  ;D

Actually you can search this forum about other failed similar attempts made by others, bitcoin lottery is already a failed idea if you can't prove that you have chosen winner by probably fair method. https://www.randompicker.com/ can't provide fair results..

yes but random picker is public and you can see the participation and the winner directly from random picker to be sure that is fair and that we don't pick a winner ourselves

There is so much confusion going on here. I am mainly baffled by this rule about using only blockchain.info wallet.
Users never should be forced to use one type of wallet to make a deposit, this rule makes me question seriousness of this whole service.

it is just a misunderstanding you can use what ever wallet you want as long as the address that you send the money is the same of your wallet because if you are the winner we will send you the prize back to the same address that we receive the money

Yeah agreed on this but what I do think that this lottery not gonna attract even 50 people though since there is no escrow that hold their amount or even OP post his wallet full of btc and sign message. This is sure fail attempt to scam people money though. There is no any single prove that they really hold any amount

it is completely a disaster. It looks terrible and I doubt that someone will play on your site. NO green bar secure, poor design, unattractive name, etc. There will be no one putting their money here. I do not think it is a good idea to run a gambling website. You must invest more money in order to obtain more gamblers around here. Working without effort will bring nothing to you

its really need big luck to makes our number matches with the last two number of your TX-ID because the chance for this is small and without luck, we can not matches our number with the random numbers. but i think its worth to try for fun and who knows our number is same as the random numbers.

as long as the number of participants is small randompicker.com will pick a winner from the current list of participants so it definitely there will be a winner

If this lottery can get popularity around Web BTC users, you can expect something, otherwise it is just time wasting. People go to Dice gambling sites, where they can get profit in 5 minutes, they do not want to wait for weeks for win. Also this lottery needs a lot of Web advertising for popularity, which costs a lot.
