Title: How long to get verified user in Kraken.com? Post by: rocketloki on January 12, 2017, 09:24:24 AM Sorry if this is not the right forum, but I'm frustrated because I have submitted all my documents to them for 4 days ago and I even submitted a ticket to them but no reply no verification at all?
Is kraken.com still in business or are they just simply the slowest company on earth? I have found other new users that have been waiting for more than 1 week to get verified.. I guess because of the high volatility there are several new bitcoiners and that's why the support is under heavy load.
