Hi, I am interested in one of these accounts, about the limitations what will cause the accounts to be limited? I am looking to sell small items from china and I want to know if I decide to sell huge items will I be limited and when my ebay account gets limited will my paypal be limited and does ebay put a hold on the funds if payment is received via paypal?

Every new ebay account should start selling non high risk items for at least the first 25 feedback sales.
Digital Items are always a risk. Physical items are the safest. If your items are physical and shipped with tracking information and also are not of dubious nature I dont see any problem selling them. When you say if you decide to sell huge items, do you mean expensive items? The ebay account will get limited if you start getting disputes and claims from buyers. If you do everything correctly, then there will be no problems with ebay. About the paypal account, it will not get limited if your ebay account gets limited unless you are being a risk to Paypal like having chargebacks and such.

Of course this is all hipotetical since ebay and paypal especially don't follow any book or by the rules. They make their own rules as they go. Go figure.

by huge items I mean Items costing around $100-$1k and I won't start with anything expensive since I already know how paypal and ebay works, I will be selling products below $100 for probably a few months, so I am interested in buying an account from you and if I am happy I might take a few more accounts in a week or so.

What's the difference between 80% verified and 100% verified? Does 100% have a lesser chance of being flagged / suspended?

The diference slim to none. If Paypal wants to flag you does not matter if it is 80% or 100%. There are accounts without being even 60% confirmed and have their limits lifted due to having they identity verified with documents.

You need to use VPN or Proxy from NY or send me the login details to use your own IP

Just to let people know if you're going to be using one of these "steal accounts" that OP is selling make sure to stay under I think the number is $2400 for the year with one of these accounts so you don't get the issue with Paypal where they want you to send them your Social Security number.

It's pretty evident that you won't have the number as the account was made with a fake name. Correct me on the number for the dollar amount on the lock up OP if you could, thanks.

Yes! You need to use a VPN or proxy IP. I will send instructions with the text file. I recommend buying a private dedicated proxy for New York USA.
You also can buy a VPS in the US and I will do it via remote desktop.

@squatz1, i've chated with this seller via skype. And, it seem it has ways of creating the account by bypassing request of ssn on paypal but, it does'nt seem to have much idea on how paypal & ebay operate in regard's to annual limit.

Also, from the listing here i taught these are already created account where details will be sent to the buyer after payment. But, no, the whole process of making arrangement for vpn or RDSL scared me away especially when the seller is unwilling to discuss about any guarantee to ensure that buyer's can use account created by him for atleast 2-3 months without issue. Especially when the seller will be creating these account outside the United States.

NOTE: Anyone who is currently, using such account for sometime now without any issue should come out publicly to vouch for this service. I don't mean snapshot,COPY/PASTE VOUCHED.

*I have been on ebay/paypal platform long enough to know what work's. Finally, gradual approach when selling on ebay seem to produce more positive result without any issue.

@awsses, how long did you make use of the account before it was limited? I taught as much. When the major interest of ANY seller become what they will gain & not what they can give!
