Title: Can you put 2 cards on a 500w power supply Post by: vonross2012 on April 12, 2013, 05:32:13 PM I was wondering if you can put 2 or even 3 PowerColor AX7970's on one 500w power supply?

I just picked up 4 computers with good cpu, memory, ss hard drives, for 0$ Now im trying to figure out how many cards i can fit in each without buying new power supplies. It can be done, but don't expect amazing performance.

Spend the money on the new power supply. If the power supply pops it can take out the MB or worse. Spend $79 and get a 700W. |
