I have been a member/miner on that site for a long, long time and finally tried to get out some of my earnings. The send failed and the site owner "donny@bitcoinplus.com" has refused to respond to email requests for assistance. I have tried to contact him for about a month now. Nothing. My account shows the debit of $0.12 plus his transfer fee of $0.01 but the transaction has not yet completed. He states that the $0.01 fee is for the network, to ensure that the transfer is processed but apparently that is not true.
