Simple question, which casino has the lowest roulette/blackjack rates?

For roulette only for even chances bets and only bitcoin casino. Only live casino with either a live croupier or airball roulette.

Do the rates for roulette change, depending on the casino? I though they were "fixed", since the payouts and rules are the same on every casino.
I do know that European roulette is the best one, because of having just 1 zero. I also read somewhere about the french roulette, that is suppose to be even better, since they have the "prison rule" or something like that, where they pay half on zero I think, but I never found casino applying that rule.

There is a difference between american and european casinos. If you look at it, I do not understand the problem at all, the whole rate is single, there are only 0 factors.

Blackjack and roulette are very precise games. They're not specific to a casino.
So it means you can't have any other rates but the one of the game...
You'll always find the same rates everywhere. Your question makes no sense to me.

Maybe i didn't phrase it good. I meant to say table limits, betting. Say 1$ minimum bet for blackjack.
