While doing this I realize that a lot of people might not want to pay 0.0391 for a ticket when there's a 1 in 256 chance to win. So I came up with the idea of doing a raffle within a raffle - Raffleception! So here's how we'll do it: 16 spots, classic raffle. There will be 2 equal prizes. Once this is filled we will Select two blocks and whoever has the correct characters at the end of those blocks will win one of the prizes. The prizes: Winner and runner up will get 1 ticket each to "The Raffle of All Raffles". Price per ticket: 0.005BTC.
