I would be willing to do this, if you would agree that escrow releases coins to you after 181 days, But I think you would find it easier to withdrawal the funds from your paypal to your bank account and buy btc that way. I totally agree with this, even if you send the funds as a personal payment such as friends / family, there's nothing that the seller of BTC can do, even if you do it on escrow, you just have to wait after 180 days.
