1/Site not known
2/Site has no official thread on bitcointalk
3/Site has the same shitty-free design as all the others
4/Site has no reputation and was never seen

Scam.
Or if not scam we should hear about it on the forum soon enough.
But for now it's scam.

I can't say something about this site you posted there, because it is my first time I hear about it  I can't say it is a scam but there is much trusted exchanges which you can use, for example: Poloniex or cex.com I use them for a long time

My suggestion is maybe better to use a currency exchange that has trusted, because it is safe if you use. If you choose the currency exchange site you doubt and has not been 100% trustworthy it will be very prone to scam. So it is better to use that has a lot of users and trustworthy as Poloniex or others that have been proven trustworthy. I personally do not really know the sites that you give.

You can use trustworthy exchange like localbitcoin, you can find someone legit on your local area to do a trade, choose wisely to who want to deal with, use escrow service is better idea.
Where you come from btw?

Local bitcoin my friend.

Localbitcoin is the number one site when you want to sell or buy a big amount of bitcoin at once.
It's really cool. Easy to use.
And you can get cash OR money on bank account.

What is coisebase? Is it not coinbase? Even a single misspelled word in the title can already make me feel uncomfortable.
In a normal bitcoin-er's point of view, this site is not worth the investment.

If you want to transfer bitcoin to credit card you can try cex.io or even coinbase if they support your country.
The site you have mentioned looks garbage and better not to trust them.

The above mentioned something of a warning to anyone wanting to make transaction on the website. Consider doing it to some other website that offers the same services because this exkash.com has all the signs of scam.  I don't recommend any site in particular but there are plenty of them providing the same services so just to make sure you won't be coming back shouting scam, do it on a known and reputable site.

Thanks for all of your suggestions . I would use LocalBitcoins but does that transfers the BTC to the Bank Account ?

Oh that's nice contact me mate i can buy your bitcoins as i am also from Nepal.

In localbitcoins you may get less than market price if you look at sell orders and you may have to pay more than market rate when buying so better to do deal with local guys. Also there are not many buy/sell offers for Nepal in both localbitcoins and paxful.

It will be nice to be in contact with you, pm me back if you are interested.

You cant directly transfer your btc on your bank account since you would need to exchange it first into your currency value before you would transfer it and if you find this is complicated then its better to have an option on having a bitcoin debit card which is helpful too regarding on this transactions.

Keep in mind that change rates Bitcoin WMZ can be better when you go to an exchange site from the BestChange.com monitor than when you visit exchangers in a regular way.

The website that you provided is not known or being used by most traders, so the website is less trusted by the people around here, so better use some exchange site like localbitcoin.

Yes, probably there will be many sellers from your local region to whom you can sell your coins.(open up lb and you'll see) you can directly exchange your bitcoin for your local currency.

I haven't use this site yet but it seems that many that has enough knowledge for this site says that just stay away from this.

Better to use those trusted exchange kraken, virwox and LBC. Depending on where you are confident with it.

And upon searching and reading some reviews for exkash, I saw this: http://digitalmoneytimes.com/scam-alert-exkash-offers-anonymous-reloadable-bitcoin-debit-cards/

The site is totally unknown, and i cant find any leads to them stating about good reviews or any critics feedback, and much better if we just avoid to that one and used trusted exchangers if you really want to exchange your bitcoins so that we doesn't get some worries about the transactions we made on that site

By "transfer the BTC to Bank account", then you'll have to find a buyer in localbitcoins that offers that payment method. Someone who'll pay you via bank transfer. Make sure you find a trusted trader there that has rates you're okay with.

I'm sceptical about this site, even their look is a bit stinky (or it was just autosuggestion after reading comments here). I wouldnt believe them, but why you even bother with this site when there is good exchanges on internet with good reputation.
Why dont you test them with some small amount and you will know what is going on there, without a proper test we cant know anything for sure.
