Not really sure how many confirmations, but as far as I remember it was 15confirmations but still not showing up on my account then I decided to send them email and they replied within 15minutes and they credited my deposit manually.

Op, I strongly advise you to change that 90% payout rule. It wont bring you much customers. AFAIK standard Baccarat's House Edge is around 1%-1.5%
From what I know Slots can have House Edge from ~2% to ~15% but constant 10% fee on both these games is a bit hardcore. Plus, I haven't noticed any info about Provably Fair system.

Standard house edge for slots is not applicable to online casinos. The only reason they are so high in physical casinos (they are typically 15%-25%), is because they have much higher overhead (machine itself, free drinks, the land/building etc) than digital ones.

Brilliant bettors do not play such games with so high house edge games, thye target to attarct only noobs to play on their sites and let them lose all of the money. No promo, no freerolls/freebets, no signature campaign for the site. I doubt that how long this site will fail soon.

100% payout slot? I don't believe your word like 0 house edge slot, generally, slots have highest house edge, aka lowest payout. 109% payout slot looks impossible.

If the changes that they have made is only for a limited time  then I think it could be possible. They are doing this to attract players and encourage them to play in their casino.
