Because the coins will face a HIGH PUMP in coming few days and might even reach 10x value which obviously I don't want to loose. If my collateral value goes below 0.04 or at least gets around 0.045 they can contact me and within 12 hours I will provide them with more collateral ( icobid or any other alt coins they accept ) if I fail they can happily sell it. Nothing would force you to give more collateral. It's just your word. If the alt coin you are offering is volatile, you may need to offer more of it so the borrower feels secure in minor market fluctuations. But promising something after you get your loan is not collateral.
