Title: Block.IO lock my account with 600$+ on it
Post by: low2 on January 17, 2017, 03:29:03 PM
Hello,

I want to share with all of you my experience with block.io support , Since 14 january im unable to login to my account on www.block.io since they blocked the account with my funds inside and their reason is ,

You have filed a dispute for a payment you made for a plan upgrade at block.io. The account will get unlocked once the discpute is settled in Block.io's favor.

At this point i contacted my bank and they said no dispute was filed on it and in this case i try to contact their support but they never respond anymore to my email so i lost access to my account with 600$+ on it and im feeling very confused of this, i suggest anyone of you beware of BLOCK.IO because its scaming people now.

Thanks.

Its being only three days , you may want to wait more time to receive an answer. If you still don't get anything then I suggest trying to contact them using another email.
I'm not familiar with these kind of things but If you didn't fill any dispute , your bank should be able to provide a proof that no disputes were filled and you could show it to them.
