Afaik it's an exchange. I used to trade in it before but later tey claimed that they were hacked and promised to pay users their coins back by asking donations to people. I had some balance in them from several altcoins that I used to trade but they never refunded me a cent and they never sent me a response on my support request. I wouldn't trust that exchange.

@Op you're selling yoir account cheaper? What's the catch?
