Yes indeed, security is paramount.
I cannot comment on the technical details (I'm not a technical person) however our CTO has overseen the security aspects and as you can see from the badges on the site we are constantly scanned to show that we are both malware, security and SSL protected.

How come you are trusting account funding to a third party?

How will you be able to ensure that withdrawal issues, should they arise, will be dealt with promptly?

Our commercial partner for the Forex part of the business is Williams corp. who have been in the Forex business for 10+ years and we are their crypto partner, established with MonetaryUnit for 2.5 years.
Our systems have been integrated & tested over the past 4 months to run on autopilot, however, for the foreseeable future we are also manually overseeing all the processes, visible to both parties.
They do not want us to risk their reputation, and similarly, we do not want any 3rd party to risk ours - so there is inherent trust established and also transparency between the parties to ensure things work smoothly.
Support teams from both parties are on hand over multiple time zones to make sure any issues are dealt with promptly.

Hi, this is a commercial project managed by the MonetaryUnit team.
We will of course bring in 3rd party expertise to help us release new services, just as we have with the forex service.

Fee - We're still finalising the app, though I believe there is not going to be any "fee". Watch this space.

Loyalty points - The plan is these will be redeemable against transactions to reduce your cost at the point of sale

Social media - I agree and we have done a little bit on Twitter & FaceBook, but the real marketing campaigns won't start for a while yet.

Trading - Initial deposit is currently 120 euro in MUE, or 150 euro in other cryptos & both give you a 300 euro trading balance.
Subsequent deposits are limited to 20,000 euro per deposit currently.

it's like a ONE-STOP-SHOP, everything you need in crypto is almost there, a project like this one is a worthy project that needs to follow and supported and if it became successful, engaging in crypto will become easy, fun and full of activities yet a profitable task.
