I'm definitely sure it's a ponzi scheme and the op cannot post a more detailed information about the program that you are going to promote,if it is not a ponzi scheme there's nothing wrong why he cannot post the actual link,I have a feeling he is also an affiliate and will just recruit those who are interested.
