My gas bill shows little diff (heating home) and now I'm actually getting billed for net electricity consumption at 17 cents per KwH as it consumes more electricity than my solar panels produce during the winter months.

Buyer can easily claim box was delivered empty or defective and you are out your money and equipment on Ebay. Ebay almost always sides with buyers. Seems that most board members have discontinued selling on Ebay for this reason. Good luck!
