I'm assuming you actually wanna start your own site because you think you can make a lot of quick cash. If you know someone who will code a site for cheap and you can somehow attract people to it, then you could make a decent amount. Without knowing code or hiring a coder, you aren't gonna get far making a site.

First you need to think about first with the budget. How much do you plan to invest for creating that "cool bitcoin game" that you are planning to established? Well, first you should have a good understanding about a gambling system(which is you obviously don't have as well as a progamming skills)  However since that you don't have those then let's go to plan b. You should have a good capital and invest or hire someone to do the work for you and you just provide the ideas.

But I think you make one important mistake which is that you're talking about what we could say a "high end gambling site", and by that I mean a gambling site extremely well optimized without any problem because made for being used by lots of people and for a long time.
