Title: New scams - so called BTC Investment companies registered legally in the UK
Post by: capitalaccent on January 22, 2017, 04:28:11 PM
I was naive enough to invest and did not pay enough attention while verifying www.coinpeak.biz   I lost BTC on this site and want to make you aware!

It is a big scam, even if is registered legally in the UK. It is easy to register online a company in UK and costs only few bucks! That is why these scams look like they are legal companies. This scammer still makes a lot of BTC on his/her site, so I hope some of people who are tempted to invest their hard earned money won't invest any money there!

COINPEAK LIMITED
B16 8SP 75 FRANCIS Road
BIRMINGHAM, UK
Company No. 10520643

The scammer seems to be, but who knows his/her real name!?  >:(
Mr ROGER TERRANO
Birth Day: Oct 1976
Appointed as director of the company at 12 Dec 2016.

I am investigating and have sent complaint to UK Police, Companies House, and the Insolvency Service in UK.

Other same type of scam sites to be added here.

The first site you listed, coinpeak, is a ponzi site. How do they even have a company name registered ? Either way registered or not, people are responsible for where they invest or transact with.

How about sites that are not so called registered in UK? Are they legitimate businesses to invest in?
It seems that even a dog or cat can register for a UK business license now adays. ::)
I have a pet hamster do you think I can get a registered badge of business practices from the UK for scooter?  :D
Truly pathetic how these registars will get $100-150 from you for producing such false claimants.
