Here I found direct bet is best but I don't found for my self it as better .
Because I want something like cloudbet .
Actually I am in feared that surity of bet placed . I usually playing gambling with stretagy which increase my chances of winning more , so instead of again and again charge for transaction it would be better to have account and deposit at once and then betting without worry of transactions .

but my opinion is nitrogensports.eu although sportsbet.io seemed good but ever since they had a short lived signature campaign i think their site is not doing very well to produce enough money for them.
