I usually  deposit money in localbank to buy bitcoins from exchanges. Just want to know whether any exchange support paypal to bitcoin transfer. I have read somewhere that paypal wont allow to buy bitcoins or they ban or freeze the account.I just want to know the actual fact whether that type of transfer is available and if available which exchange supports that?

A what I understand your statement, the only I can suggest is to deal with some trusted members here is really big help.

You can find them here Currency exchange https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0, but they have their own rates and you have to follow what's their requirements also it's because of the Paypal issue.

you can try using virwox.com but they are charging pretty high fees. in your first transaction with them it might take around 3days before you got clearance and after that you will be able to buy bitcoins with your paypal. alternatively you can try in the currency exchange section but most users don't want to accept paypal from low rank/low trust members here

if you want to know actual facts about a service and their rules then you should read it on their website, usually in their FAQ or their Terms of Services (that long text that you clicked "I agree" when you signed up without reading it). and yes in that PayPal clearly states that using their service for buying or selling digital currency like bitcoin is not allowed (read the site to see the exact terms they used)

Thankyou all for the feedbacks. Actually just now I saw a section called currency exchange in the forum. I dont know why I hadnt notced it before. I usually deal with micro earning section , altcoin section and bitcoin discussion section. That's why I hadnt noticed it before. And thankyou for explaining the terms and conditions of paypal. I didnt note that while signing up the paypal. If its explained in paypal , i am not going to try to exchange paypal for bitcoins. I dont want my account to get banned.  :)Thanks once again

Sell your paypal balance for bitcoin or you can make your own selling thread. But dealing with the exchange site will take a lot of the time to do that.

The simple and straight way is to withdraw your money from paypal to your bank or cards and then buy from a local seller which can be found on localbitcoins.

But sometimes you are in such a situation that you cannot withdraw from paypal to bank in those cases you need someone who can trust you, usually it is someone who knows you well enough and knows that you cannot scam.

I think it will help a lot for us who uses bitcoins. Paypal to bitcoin, is like converting your goods or trades. Traders who cash in, or who are investing to other altcoins are happy for this kind of transactions. All of transactions must all be paying with paypal, all of us will be happy.

I also checked how to buy bitcoin with Paypal balance. So Virvox is safe? I searched little bit, I dont worry if it will take few days to verify it, but I wouldnt like losing couple hundred dollars on it.

it has been a service running for a while now but it is not 100% safe, you should still move with caution.

actually i don't like to use paypal to buy bitcoin because there is many option that we can use to bought bitcoin and you can search in this forum for the other ways. i'd prefer to buy with someone that i believe and i know who is that person so i don't have to worried that person will scam me. i suggest you should be careful when you choose the third service and try small amount to test first and then after you are sure with them, you can try with middle amount.

Thanks for fast replies. Actually I also dont prefer buying it with this method, but as I sell some online game account most of buyers offer me paypal, not many are willing to send bitcoins, even if I offer them discount.

Every exchanges does't provide service throughout the world. Better try with Localbitcoins too, it has service in more countries where you can find traders who support paypal to bitcoin.
