Title: Not seeing transfer Post by: freakchica305 on January 24, 2017, 04:31:36 AM Hello, I transferred some coin from coinbase to electrum and coinbase is showing pending but I do not even see the transaction in electrum wallet. I have verified that I sent it to the right address of my electrum wallet but I do not see it showing in the history. I am connected to the servers and just sent coin earlier today. Is my coin lost?

Can you post the transaction link from the transaction you sent using your coinbase wallet? The transaction haven't been broadcasted yet (if it's already made). You'll have to contact coinbase's support about it. IIRC something like this happened before (affected all accounts) and they fixed it in some hours. There are no transactions associated with that address. Coinbase should provide you with a transaction id and a link to blockr.io for the transaction.This seems like an issue on Coinbase's end. You should contact their support. Better is to get the support from the service provider, the same problem got with my web wallet. On contacting the service provider they forwarded the proof of transaction and sought out the issue. |
