I am new to Bitcoins.. Well, I bought some bitcoins and now I need to move them from Electrum to Blockchain.info or Multibit. All I have is the wallet file from Electrum i.e. electrum.dat as I lost the password for Electrum. I tried to restore it by removing and reinstalling electrum but I couldn't. I've no idea how to move the wallet to blockchain or multibit. Any help to this is appreciated. :) Cheers! Title: Re: Moving Wallet from Electrum to Blockchain.info?? Post by: bitpar on April 14, 2013, 11:27:35 AM I have not used Electrum but I think any password on a client is for encrypting the wallet file. If you lose it, all of your coins are gone.
