Title: Stuck in limbo
Post by: ludoldus on January 24, 2017, 04:24:32 PM
Hey poeple,

Sorry for being a bother because I know this has been asked a billion times.

So I have 2 transactions stuck as unconfirmed. one of them with a normal fee and the other with a 150% dynamic fee. Is there any other way to speed up the process of confirmation or do i need to sit it out?

The offenders:

https://blockchain.info/tx/ef05fa3faa988087452e3e87b815ab481c414d814b8f9b06f7e0237cf6cf9869

https://blockchain.info/tx/6d478ae8d05526a9ff71a2ba5b9d96519f0eaf7d13a01184ad3bdd410ef03ff9

I really need them to hurry up. So any help, advice would be awesome!

Both have the same fee rate of 50 satoshi per byte. There's no 150% dynamic fee as far as I know. The slider is more of a low-high thing and if you pick the middle it means you're sending with medium fee. Also dynamic fee translate to normal fee if you're offline or haven't synced with the server, and with normal fee middle slider = 50 satoshi per byte which would explain your situation.

You can try submiting the transaction to this site (https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/). But they're not very fast so it might take some hours before your transaction is confirmed.
Or you can contact Quickseller (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=358020) or macbook-air (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=16114). They are able to push your transaction to F2pool, which mines more blocks per hour average than the pool I linked above.

Thank you very much! Exactly the help I was looking for. Also good to get some contacts on good pools.

Cheers! ;D
