Post by: Hhampuz on January 25, 2017, 01:19:22 PM We are back with another monster raffle and this time we have increased the prizepool by over 50% for a total of over 17BTC What we have done this time around is offer makers of physicals and crypto related things to be included and take part to maximize exposure of the talented artists we have as well as trying to breathe some new life in to the collectibles section. We will place an order with BTCC for their product once this raffle is full. They have decided to support this raffle by adding prizes and shipping to winners (For US winners we will do the reshipping). Thank you again BTCC! All shipping expenses have been accounted for and are included in the ticket price. Most of the makers will ship the coins directly from their storage/collection. I will ask winners for a Privnote (https://privnote.com/) with their shipping info that I will only send to the distributor. This will ensure your privacy and keep things simple. While we will only raise 15.36BTC from ticket sales, we are giving out over 17BTC worth of prizes. We had an issue with the wallet, it was not the correct one showing up on the app to see the flow of money, quickly switched it and we are currently moving over the funds. The reason for TMAN not taking his 40 tickets at this time is because of some personal issues going on, and since he had only "reserved" and not paid for them he decided today to call it quits, but at the same time stating that he'd most likely get them in the end regardless. He just did not want to be in the way of someone else that might want to pick up spots. About not being transparent, I'm not so sure what you mean? I think it is common knowledge that most collectors are talking over on a slack channel, there is where he has reserved the tickets, and then sent the BTC to me straight away instead of posting in the threads. As several other has as well. If you were to check the escrow address you could see that I've always paid for all of the raffleception tickets. And if you were to look at my address (listed on my profile and in the raffleceptions threads) you could see that I get incoming transactions from several of the raffleceptions. I do know that it might not have been administrated to the absolute best. And from here on out I will wait for everyone to pay and post until I spin the wheels. And I have never set out to do this for money, at the end of the raffle I might make 0.1-0.2 BTC in total, compared to the tens of hours that I put in to this it feels more than fair. I'll definitely work on becoming more transparent, and everything else in other aspects as well. The first one was a learning curve, this one continues to teach me as well. This will not happen for a couple of months at least though. 25 BTC target will be amazing, but possibly will need more than 256 tickets, if not with bitcoin price going up near 0.10 bitcoins each slot could be difficult to fill (or we will need lots of "Raffleceptions" for the tickets).
