Wild ride with bitcoin at the moment!! Fun though, ive increased 1bitcon to 2 total just by buying low and selling high throughout the day :)

That's great that you've doubled your BTC. I hate it for the people who are selling out of fear or panic. It looks like we're having some healthy stabilization around this level.

Now a bit less than doubled - 1.89 total......not as easy as it sounds!  My main aim is to increase qty of bitcoin though - i couldn't care less what the $$$ value is at the moment, I'm in it for the long haul.

What exchange do you perform day trading? are you worried the fees will stack up and cut out on earnings?

fees aren't as much to cut the earnings...
a down swing however...

What exchange do you perform day trading? are you worried the fees will stack up and cut out on earnings?

I use BitFloor.  As long as you structure all your trades as Limit Orders that sit on the order book waiting to be filled, they pay you a 0.1% bonus instead of charging you a fee.  They charge a 0.4% fee to all orders that remove from the order book (The 0.3% difference is the revenue for BitFloor).

EDIT: As of 2013-04-17 BitFloor has ceased all operations.

yeah it's been rather crazy....

but volatility = opportunity imho
