I don't mind if you send them as good/service that way its atleast recoverable for you if you don't get your coin.

Yes paypal is risky and more to the seller then the buyer. Buyer gets buyer protection and seller? None. I am the one at risk not you.

Someone sends you paypal, you immediately spend it somewhere, and buyer does not receive funds back after dispute because there is no funds in the account, and you have no linked bank account on the paypal.
