It says my transaction fee is too low... any other way to speed it up? Also, what is the absolute longest a transaction will take to confirm may i ask? Which is actually too low to guarentee a fast transaction any more. Like 7-8 higher than average.

Can you post the txid? If you can't do CPFP like described above (too small amount transferred, perhaps) then you can attempt to double spend the transaction after it gets dropped by most nodes (which should happen after 3 days unless you're rebroadcasting it).
The fee should depend on the size of your transactions btw. Not the amount of btc.
