You are asking for a lot of ketobeto when you know that if you deliver it to the one who purchases it has to pay all users and can not be just lost for someone who buys it as much as the minimum you leave it if something can be done

Misc.: This user is still running many advertising networks and faucets so I would recommend to stay out of it.

Also for this thread I would recommend to work only after using escrow. There are already some entries and it wouldn't be hard for the scammer to run away with those banners that have been posted here.

I would like to put my two suggestions :

1) Always ask for escrow when dealing in contests.
2) Watermark your banners/images so that it is of no use until OP pays winner or anyone who is guaranteed by the OP to get prize.

Afterwards he replied as correct about my proofs thus linking him to Ponzi promoter: donaldbitcoin

It only will be a problem if he ran with balanced that still needed to payout. That would allow him to skip those payments because now his site is large and all those payments together add u to a small fortune I can imagine. It is a pity it was a nice site. It got interest very early on because of Pokemon go.
