Title: im sorry but I have had it!

    This will get me banned probably but I can't take it anymore!!  BITINSTANT WILL TAKE YOUR 500 AND NEVER CALL YOU OR GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OVER A WEEK AND STILL NOTHING!!! I HATE BITINSTANT

on Saturday, no not yesterday but a week from yesterday, Saturday the 6th! I bought a 503.95 BITINSTANT money transfer to my account on Bitstamp. I have done this several times and some of them took more than an hour one took almost a whole day. but this one has taken OVER A WEEK!!!

This is an outrage! you can't just take someones money and not give them anything, not a phone call, not a message, not any bitcoins, not any money! ridiculous!

I have called several times with several messages, have done the insta message thing...live chat that is NOT live. have filled out the new form a few times and still no money.

I have asked the wonderful people on here what to do and they told me to PM charly on here so i did, several times, asking, pleading with him to review my case.

the automated email got from bitinstant minutes after i deposited the 500 to zipzap stated this

how can this be when i just gave them cash money.

i have given bitinstant
1)cash
2)the benifit of the doubt, maybe they just got behind no big ill just wate a day
3)my phone number and email to contact me so we can work this out
4) all neccicery order numbers and documentation proving i paid the 5 one hunderd dollar bills
5) patients ...

#2and#5 have ran out!  the only respons that i got was yester day one full week after the deposit (and a lot has happend in that week!) it is as follows.

'"Our reserves are currently depleted at Bitstamp, but as soon as they are replenished I will issue a manual transfer. Sorry for the delay.

DO NOT USE BITINSTANT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND YOUR MONEY TO DISSAPEAR AND HAVE NOBODY CALL OR WRITE YOU TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. F BITINSTANT. THEY RIPPED ME OFF

Have you posted here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.0 yet? I had a little over $300 take 2-3 days but it got pushed through by URSAY from the support thread. That was 1 transaction out of probably 10+ so far with bitinstant.

BitInstant has already conceded that they're having liquidity problems at the moment due to increased transaction volume.  They probably need to put a freeze on new transactions until everything is caught up and their reserves are balanced once again, which will no doubt cause even more bitching and moaning but it will prevent an even bigger backlog developing.

Why do you think this will get you banned?!

cuz i posted it in most forums....6-7.  and from my experience they don't like it when you say anything bad about bitcoin providers or vendors or services of bitcoin. I cant belive it take more than a week and two days and no body wants to contanct me. so if they are behind dont you think they would have cought up to over a week old problem by now?
