The thing with Poloniex and those big exchanges is that they don't really add coins that have huge success potentials , they simply add coins that have huge exchange volume (and those are two different things) even If it's caused by pump-dump. At the end of the day , all they want are the fees from the trades. I can see ICN being listed there but It could take sometime until that happens. I really cant seem to antecipate this trading potencial... maybe its just a laundry that pushs the price up...
