Hosting is free via freehosting.com The site comes already installed with a domain. I also offer support if you don't know what your doing. Its pretty simple to setup though. The reason I leave it blank is because ppl have their own opinions on what they what to do with it. For everything, including a domain and instructions on how to setup ads, blockchain api, ect cost is $25 |
