I just not understand why there is another thread for the same thing (maybe?) here is the other thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1763269

Seems that the coin is listed in yobit? You say that ICO price is 30 satoshi but on yobit we can buy at 29-30 satoshis (at the moment), what is the reason to start an ICO at this moment while it is listed in exchanges?

You can bring your own escrow, we don't have a problem with that.

pulse is old coin and ready listing in yobit exchanger and c-cex(but dilisted from c-cex because very bad volume transaction)

I presume you will be selling from stash you control. Since you are already listed, you can consider to put a sell wall at 30 sats on Yobit and convince people to buy into it. This way you dont need separate escrow. It is a bit dodge to just ask to send you BTC directly. Alternatively at least go for a reputable escrow provider.

We do not want to interfere with the free market.

We do not believe escrow is necessary. If a user feel uncomfortable then he can bring his own escrow or simply not join the ICO.

Thanks.

i saw this project before, you tried to make an ICO isn't it? but it failed and then you made some refund, so what makes you change your mind and here you are again trying to run another ICO, the second fall might be hurting more than the first. what i suggest is revive your coin, make some promotional and augmentation.

This is the first ICO for PULSE.

The one you are talking about is ECHO, which is a different project. Yes we refunded every investor as we closed the project due to low amount of BTC funded.

We will use Novaexchange as escrow.

Very easy.

How will this work.

25% of the ICO will be at 30 sat.
25% of the ICO will be at 40 sat.
25% of the ICO will be at 50 sat.
25% of the ICO will be at 60 sat.

Thank you

I dont mean to be mean, but lets just face it from the market standpoint.

- The project havent achieved much, listed only on one exchange, PULSE is down to 19 today, not many people want to buy (total buy book is 0.0763), posting an ICO twice (Jan 24 and Jan 28 this year) and dont feel like investing more time to research to dig further stuff what convince me NOT be a part of.

Please dont reply like we dont have to be a part if we dont feel to. Its who who is spamming the announcement, its us who it takes time to analyze whats a real opportunity and whats not.

- Another issue is with a business attitude you presented
We do not believe escrow is necessary. If a user feel uncomfortable then he can bring his own escrow or simply not join the ICO.
Its critical to listen to what "customers" want. What I want/believe is irrelevant for the customer. If he or she wishes something, I do my best to bring it to them! Its even more important if it make sense. Even for more than just a couple of guys. An attitude like "do it if you want it" is exactly why customers wont need you.

But what do I know. Its a free market:-)

There is a nice "dont play around much above 10 Satoshis" in my excel sheet next to PULSE ticker. No offense, just expressing my points of view just like you did :-)
