I would recommend this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1829991) if you are looking for MSDN account. I'm not affiliated with the seller (beyond providing a review of service), but they are offering an MSDN account for $6 at the moment, which is amazingly cheap (I believe this provides you with a Microsoft Imagine account where you can download many standalone editions of Microsoft products but I would ask the seller first as well as if there is something else you are after in the MSDN realm).
